“There was no reason to prebook this ticket. If you want to go, just show up and pay admission. There are tours every so often in different languages so the only thing to plan ahead on what time you’d like to go. There was a lot of reading, which is no fun for kids, and just a little bit of interactive stuff but none of it was particularly exciting. The ride was awful. I wish I’d spent a third hour at the Vasa Museum instead.”

“Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Viking period but we didn’t really need an in depth knowledge of it. We enjoyed seeing the runes. Wish we had stayed longer in Sigtuna as a market and festival was taking place. We weren’t offered the opportunity to sit down for Fika. We paid way too much money for this tour. Also the description says something about cruise drop off but there was no cruise and no one mentioned it in their reviews. We told our guide we weren’t interested in so much of the Viking history and felt he could have given us a few more options. Our tour was cut…”

“A full day trip giving a great overview of Swedish Viking history with multiple stops over 9 hours. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. My only comment was they take up to 16 passengers and the van can really only accommodate 15 comfortably. We were the last pick up and were very cramped in the last row with another couple.
