A lovely start to our short family break, enjoying nature and time to relax! We would have loved the campfire experience had we visited on a later tour.”

“I recommend Viator but not the private tour operator. Our ship was unable to dock in Stockholm due to heavy winds. The captain notified us exactly 24 hours prior to the excursion. Went to our room and called Viator immediately but we were now within 24 hours of a full refund. My call was 21 minutes too late. Viator ask the tour operator if they would make an exception and refund my money. They refused, but Viator did the right thing and refunded my money out of their pocket.”

She couldn’t have been more empathetic throughout the situation, and I’m indebted to her for her time and kindness as a result.
